1. 수집하는 개인정보1. Information we collect
AI CineCatch는 현재 서비스 구조에 필요한 최소 정보를 기준으로 안내합니다. 주민등록번호, 결제정보, 위치정보 등은 수집하지 않습니다.
AI CineCatch describes only the minimum information needed for the current Service. Resident registration numbers, payment data, and location data are not collected.
회원 가입/로그인: 이메일, 닉네임, 로그인 인증 정보, 가입일, 최근 로그인 관련 정보.
Activity: bookmarks, likes, watch history, follows, and notification settings.
작품 제출: 제출 작품 정보, 제출 URL, 제출자 참고사항.
Work submission: work information, submitted URLs, and optional notes.
크리에이터 신청: 신청자 정보, 크리에이터/스튜디오 정보, 공식 채널 URL, 포트폴리오, 신청 관련 증빙 정보.
Creator application: applicant details, creator/studio information, official channel URL, portfolio, and supporting materials.
운영 과정에서 접속 기록, 브라우저/기기 관련 기본 정보, 운영·보안 로그가 생성될 수 있습니다.
Operations may generate access logs, basic browser/device information, and security logs.
2. 개인정보 이용 목적2. Purposes of use
회원 식별 및 로그인, 보관함·마이페이지 제공, 작품 제출·크리에이터 신청 검수, 알림, 문의·삭제요청 처리, 서비스 품질·보안 유지에 사용합니다.
We use information to identify members, provide library and account pages, review submissions and creator applications, send alerts, handle inquiries and removal requests, and keep the Service secure.
3. 개인정보 보유 및 이용기간3. Retention
회원 정보는 계정 유지 기간 동안 이용합니다. 탈퇴 또는 삭제 요청이 처리되면 지체 없이 파기하는 것을 원칙으로 합니다.
Account data is used while the account is active. After withdrawal or a processed deletion request, data is deleted without undue delay as a rule.
관련 법령에 따른 보관, 분쟁 대응, 부정 이용 방지에 필요한 최소 정보는 해당 목적 범위에서 일정 기간 보관될 수 있습니다.
Limited records may be kept for a period where required by law or needed for disputes or abuse prevention.
4. 개인정보의 제3자 제공4. Provision to third parties
서비스는 이용자의 개인정보를 판매하지 않습니다. 법령에 따른 요청이 있는 경우 등 예외를 제외하고 제3자에게 제공하지 않는 것을 원칙으로 합니다.
The Service does not sell personal information. As a rule it is not provided to third parties except where required by law or similar exceptions.

서비스는 언어 설정, 로그인 상태 유지 등 이용 편의를 위해 브라우저 저장소 또는 쿠키를 사용할 수 있습니다.

이용자는 자신의 정보에 대한 열람, 수정, 삭제, 처리 정지를 요청할 수 있습니다. 로그인 회원은 마이페이지에서 일부 설정을 변경할 수 있습니다.
Users may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of their information. Signed-in members can change some settings on My Page.
8. 개인정보 삭제 요청8. Deletion requests
계정 또는 개인정보 삭제, 작품·프로필 노출 제한은 삭제요청 페이지에서 접수할 수 있습니다. 요청 접수만으로 즉시 삭제가 완료되는 것은 아닙니다.
Account or personal-data deletion and exposure limits can be requested on the Removal Request page. Filing a request does not complete deletion immediately.
9. 개인정보 보호를 위한 조치9. Safeguards
서비스는 권한 최소화, 접근 제한, 운영 로그 점검 등 합리적인 보호 조치를 적용하기 위해 노력합니다. 다만 인터넷 환경의 모든 위험을 완전히 제거할 수는 없습니다.
The Service aims to apply reasonable safeguards such as least-privilege access and operational logs. No internet service can eliminate all risk.
10. 외부 서비스/임베드10. External services and embeds
작품 재생을 위해 YouTube, Vimeo 등 외부 플랫폼의 임베드 또는 링크를 사용할 수 있습니다. 해당 콘텐츠를 이용하면 외부 서비스 자체의 개인정보·쿠키 정책이 적용될 수 있습니다.
Works may use YouTube, Vimeo, or similar embeds or links. Using that content may apply the external service’s own privacy and cookie policies.
외부 플랫폼의 원본 콘텐츠 삭제는 해당 플랫폼에서 별도로 요청해야 할 수 있습니다.
Removing the original file on an external platform may need to be requested on that platform.
